Legal Agreements & Policies

Terms of Service

Last updated: June 29, 2026

1. Platform Access & License

By subscribing to ReqFort or setting up a workspace, you agree to these Terms of Service. We grant you a revocable, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access the collaborative applicant tracking platform.

You represent that you are accessing the services on behalf of an enterprise or company, and possess the authority to bind that entity to these terms.

2. User Accounts & Workspace Security

To use the platform, you must register a corporate account. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining absolute confidentiality of passwords and API keys.
  • All activities, pipeline actions, and database queries performed under your workspace.
  • Prohibiting access sharing among multiple individuals (each seat must belong to a unique human user).

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the platform to:

  • Process, upload, or index content that violates patent, copyright, or local data privacy laws.
  • Run security testing or scanning on our network domains without explicit corporate authorization.
  • Extract structural code, designs, or reverse engineer the database schemes to build a competitive product.

4. Subscriptions, Fees & Taxes

Subscriptions are billed on a recurring billing cycle (monthly or annually) based on your selected plan.

  • Subscription Fees: Payable in advance. Invoices are generated at the start of each billing period.
  • Overage Billing: Plan-exceeding usages (such as extra user seats) will be added to your upcoming billing invoice.
  • Taxes: Unless explicitly stated, fees do not include local, state, or federal transaction taxes (GST, VAT, etc.).

6. SLA, Liability Limits & Termination

We strive to maintain a 99.9% platform availability uptime. However, to the maximum extent permitted by law, ReqFort is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts in the event of payment failures, terms violations, or activity that threatens platform performance or security.
